This page explains how information submitted through the J Tech Services website is used. For questions about your information, email info@jtechcanada.com.
What you share with us
Our forms ask for the details needed to respond to your enquiry. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, device or project information, selected PC options, budget, timing and town. Optional fields can be left blank.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive account information in a website request.
How your information is used
We use your enquiry to reply, prepare a quote and discuss or arrange the service you requested. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.
How requests reach us
Our forms use FormSubmit to process your request and email it to J Tech Services. Enquiries and our replies are handled through our Google Workspace business email. These providers process information as part of delivering their services.
FormSubmit may display a spam check or confirmation page. Its handling of information is described in the FormSubmit privacy policy. You can also contact us directly by email if you prefer.
Website services and external links
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts; see Google’s privacy policy. It does not include our own analytics or advertising tracking scripts. The website host and external services may process technical connection information to deliver and protect their services.
Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn links take you to external websites. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Enquiries and your choices
Enquiries and replies are kept in our business email. You can email info@jtechcanada.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or request deletion. We will review your request and explain if information needs to be kept for an ongoing service or business record.
You can choose which optional details to share. An email address is required in our enquiry forms so we can respond.
